Include complete description of proposed contribution along with results

Frame your work suitably in the related state of the art

Papers will be reviewed for relevance, originality, quality, organization, and writing style

Submission implies intention to register and present at the conference
- ✓
Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements
For Final Submissions (Camera Ready)
- Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
- Generate the paper in PDF format and validate it using IEEE PDF eXpress. Missing validation may prevent publication.
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site.
- First-time users should select Create Account and enter:
- 71729X for the conference ID
- Your email address
- A password
- Continue entering the requested information. An online confirmation will appear and an account-verification email will be sent. Check your inbox and junk folder.
- Previous PDF eXpress users should follow the same steps using the password from their previous conference, and verify that their contact information is valid.
- Enter the required information, open the Dashboard, follow the instructions to validate the paper PDF, and wait for the compliance-analysis result.
- Submit the PDF file through the conference submission system only after the PDF eXpress compliance check is successful.
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted papers will be checked using plagiarism detection software. Papers with significant similarity or unethical citation practices will be rejected. NEECON 2026 adheres to the official IEEE guidelines on plagiarism and publication ethics.
Authors must ensure originality of their work and proper citation of all sources. Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in immediate rejection.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy
The use of AI tools (e.g., generative AI systems) must be disclosed in the manuscript. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the submitted work. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
All submissions must comply with IEEE policies regarding AI-generated content and research integrity.
